A nonprofit Arts-in-Education Organization
SharMoore Children’s Productions (pronounced share more) is dedicated to empowering children to believe in themselves by giving voice to their original words and creative ideas. Co-founders Sharon O'Brien and Sonia Teder-Moore developed the organization as a way to address concerns in education while improving the lives of children. Today, the organization is supported by many talented educators, artists, business people, and community activists committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children.

We start with an invitation
SharMoore's programs offer children an open invitation to write about anything they choose. When they realize their words and ideas have meaning and power beyond themselves, children are further motivated to engage in our collaborative process of bringing their original stories to life.
