Professional Development Workshops

1) Principles of Collaboration

In order to prepare our children to function in the 21st Century, we must shift from individual learning to collaborative learning styles. Awareness of the Principles of Collaboration is the first step in creating a learning community in your school. Perfect for teambuilding amongst staff or in the classroom.

2) Dramatic Expressions of Understanding

Our workshops prepare educators and teaching-artists to use a student-centered approach to learning through the application of our literacy/performing arts program. Our interdisciplinary approach to teaching through the arts naturally engages all types of learners, making educational success more inclusive.

Using methods grounded in research and tested in the classroom, our professional development workshops and easy to use materials prepare educators with conceptual understanding, techniques for application and strategies for troubleshooting.

With confidence to teach student-centered, integrative, arts-based programs, educators are equipped to empower all students for personal and academic achievement.
